It’s some scientific stuff I’ve been doing lately to drop all this weight with ease and speed.
…and no I’m not starving myself, heck no, I’m actually eating a lot of food, which is crazy.
…oh and did I mention my brain, my mind, my spirit, with this new scientific approach to eating right, is running 1000% better as well?
They say you are what you eat, so I guess it makes sense right?
…but what doesn’t make sense from what I’ve learned in the past, is that I’m still eating good tasty, amazing stuff, in fact, I still eat out and order whatever I want.
…I have also drank a lot of alcoholic beverages these past couple of months as well haha, I mean, Cabo didn’t help lol, and what I was doing before Cabo was a lot of playing with my family and friends.
So basically, with this new scientific approach, that obviously works, it’s not a diet, so get that off your mind, it’s not starvation, so get that off your mind, it’s nothing you have ever learned before.
It’s nothin I had a clue about either.
…and no its not getting to the gym everyday, in fact, I’m at the gym right now, taking this picture, to motivate myself, to stay here, so I can build up my muscle now, because being almost skinny is weird haha, and I definitely don’t want my fat to come back.
Either way, this post is getting to long lol, I’m just fired up right now and my brain won’t stop running so Damn good, I feel like I could keep typing about this for hours haha.
