For once I have the confidence I need, I Can do this…I thoroughly enjoyed the book, it was an easy read, not full of fluff, and immediately I connected with the author. It is evident the author understands the trials and frustrations that one feels when it comes to losing weight…Throughout the whole book I felt I had a best friend, one that understood my feelings in regards to being overweight. The book is full of tips and great ideas that anyone can put into practice easily, that will get you to your ultimate goal.

Honest, Helpful and Caring Advice…Paula’s genuine writing style really pulls you in and makes you feel supported and cared for as you work with the material. The information presented is clear and direct, and she doesn’t avoid the reality that you have to burn more calories to lose the weight. What I found particularly helpful was her acknowledgment of the mental battle of weight loss – what you see when you look in the mirror, and what that critical inner voice tells you when you first commit to change.

So pleased I got this to complete the set…From the first book in the series I have really enjoyed this journey. Ms Seymour has a writing style that takes you right in – its like having a conversation with a dear friend…I dont have 100 pounds to lose – more like 30 but it has proved to be a struggle. These books have given me real hope that I will get to reach my goal. Absolutely wonderful and full of clear, workable and quite frankly realistic advice.
