My boss said I need self-confidence and energy?

I suffer from social anxiety, so working is pretty hard for me. My boss knows I’m “shy” and said that all I need is some self-confidence. But I don’t know how to do that? I really try to be outgoing like the rest of the people I work with, but I just can’t. Any tips? I go back to work on Friday, so I really want to go in there like I’m a totally different person.

I started reading about affiliate marketing and am curious if it really can be a full time
JOB.
Also I’d like to know where I can learn it for free without needing to pay some fee to someone who wants to sell me on info that may or may not work.

Any opinions?
Please answer and not just give me links with affialite id’s etc.

Can this be a real job?
Also where can a person learn for free even just a good basics course with no fees to pay?

What company is best for hosting and monitoring blogs built from scratch?

My company is building a blog from scatch (no templates) for several of our clients. Who would you recommend to host the blog and moniter the traffic? Google Analytics? Blog Harbor?
Please help ASAP.
